SEASONAL CUSTOMER’S GUESTS
- Seasonal customers may have guests park a camping unit on an unused site, when available. Must verify site number with owners.

- Seasonal customers must notify owners in advance of guest’s arrival/departure dates.

- Seasonal customers must be present during guest’s stay.

- 14 nights maximum.
- Guests must abide by rules and restrictions of the campground.

SEASONAL CUSTOMERS’ BOAT TRAILER PARKING
All boat trailers, kayaks, family fun accessories will have a Coho Bend permit sticker to ensure your safety and ours, as you are an Exclusive member of this community.

-Fully furnished but please bring your own bath/bed linens!

- Seasonal reservations must be confirmed and paid for as invoiced or daily rates and late fee will apply.

- Please pay as invoiced! $150.00 late fee for invoices not paid within 10 days.

- Seasonal reservation non-transferable and no sub-letting.

- Sub-metering for electric invoiced at end of July and end of season, payable as billed. 

- Off-Season RV Storage available to seasonal guests for an additional fee. If you are not renewing for the following season, trailer must be removed from resort by close of current year.
