No river launch fees for our Campers! Take your unit in/out as needed!   
 Wi-Fi throughout park. Free Pavilion / Clubhouse Use!
Free Use of Dump Station for All Camper’s Guests!
No Extra Charge For One (1) Additional Car Parked On Your Site! 

Off-Season RV Storage!

SEASONAL CUSTOMER’S GUESTS
- Seasonal customers may have guests park a camping unit on an unused site, when available. Must verify site number with owners.

- Seasonal customers must notify owners in advance of guest’s arrival/departure dates.

- Seasonal customers must be present during guest’s stay.

- 14 nights maximum.
- Guests must abide by rules and restrictions of the campground.

SEASONAL CUSTOMERS’ BOAT TRAILER PARKING
All boat trailers, kayaks, family fun accessories will have a Coho Bend permit sticker to ensure your safety and ours, as you are an Exclusive member of this community.

RIVERFRONT COTTAGE

Daily and Weekly rates
-Fully furnished but please bring your own bath/bed linens! 

 ***3 night minimum rental***

- Seasonal reservations must be confirmed and paid for as invoiced or daily rates and late fee will apply.

- Sub-metering for electric, payable as billed. Seasonal reservation non-transferable and no sub-letting.

- If you are not renewing for the following season, trailer must be removed from resort by close of current year.

- Please pay as invoiced! $150.00 late fee for invoices not paid within 10 days.
